I read a book called "Decoding The Spiritual Messages of Everyday Life" by Dr. Paul DeBell
to help me decode God's messages.
If you learn something, then someone else can benefit from your explaining it. My husband is very good at this practice!

That is a very nice way to start the day. I start with a little energy work… but not as much asking for guidance. This seems to be a great approach… I may have to implement a bit of that! Again, nice to meet you. I’m always looking for like minded people to connect with, and since we live in the same town… a bonus!

Gratitude, great first item on the list. A heart filled with gratitude has little room for conceits. I start off each day with a simple prayer (among others and listening), “God, show me what you would have me do today, and give me the strength and confidence to carry it out.” Throughout the day I’m faced with situations to see if I “really” meant what I asked for. I’m always given some opportunity to be of service, no matter where I’m at or what I’m doing.

Prayer is a wonderful thing. To help me understand what God is saying to me I've been reading a book called "Decoding The Spiritual Messages of Everyday Life" by Dr. Paul DeBell. It teaches people to decode the spiritual feedback in their own life and use those insights to approach everyday problems more effectively. I'm really learning alot.
