Consciousness Advisor* services Consultation Agreement and Disclaimers, Terms and Conditions

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Maharishi Foundation Technologies (“MFT”), a Delaware public benefit corporation, with contact address 1900 Capital Blvd., Fairfield, Iowa 52556, United States as represented by our authorized certified Consciousness Advisor experts, who will be offering you our Consciousness Advisor services. The following states the terms and conditions of our agreement with you with respect to these services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Consciousness Advisor services. Our Consciousness Advisor experts will guide, coach and consult with you to think deeply about the fundamental role of the development of consciousness** in your life. In this process, you will gain knowledge about the role of consciousness in achieving your life goals and living in fulfillment and happiness. As part of this process, our Consciousness Advisor experts will introduce you to, and may recommend, certain Maharishi Technologies of Consciousness* programs, services and products (collectively, the “MTC Programs”) that we believe would be helpful to you in achieving your consciousness-related goals.

   ** Consciousness is the ability to be aware, to be conscious, and to be conscious that we are conscious. Without consciousness, you cannot experience anything.

2. Questionnaires. As the focus of our Consciousness Advisor services is to guide the development and implementation of strategies to reach your consciousness-related goals and attain personal fulfillment, the Consciousness Advisor experts may use an initial questionnaire, interviews, and other procedures to provide valuable information to guide and focus the provision of their services. These interactions will provide baseline information about you and help you to discover new possibilities to achieve your goals in life. All personal information collected will be kept confidential according to our Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement and should be reviewed by you.

3. Payment and Refund Policy. Payments are to be made before the beginning of a Consciousness Advisor session. No refunds are available unless specifically mentioned. For recommendations that your Consciousness Advisor expert may make regarding MTC Programs, please see the refund policy for the specific service you have used. 4. Service Limitations; Disclaimers
   1. No Medical Advice. Consciousness Advisor services and MTC Programs recommended by Consciousness Advisor experts are not medical diagnoses or treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnoses or treatments. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare providers regarding any medical condition, and never stop medical treatment without consultation with your doctor.
   2. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES. SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM CONSCIOUSNESS ADVISOR SERVICES AND MTC PROGRAMS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED, AS INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY. MAHARISHI FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGIES (MFT) INTENDS THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS WEBSITE TO BE ACCURATE AND RELIABLE. HOWEVER, ERRORS MAY OCCUR. THEREFORE, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. MAHARISHI FOUNDATION TECHNOLOGIES (MFT) DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
   3. Testimonials. This site may contain testimonials by users of our products and/or services, which reflect the real-life experiences of our users. They may not be representative of all users of our products and/or services. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that all users will have the same experiences. Individual results may vary.
   4. Liability Limitations. You acknowledge that Consciousness Advisor services involve a process that may call for guiding, coaching, consulting and Consciousness-Based Education in various areas of life. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating the guidance, coaching or consulting ideas or consciousness-based knowledge into those areas of life and implementing choices is exclusively your responsibility and that the organization offering Consciousness Advisor services, or its Consciousness Advisor experts, will not be liable for any consequences arising out of actions or decisions you may make as a result of any Consciousness Advisor services provided to you.
   5. Information. The information provided on this website or by any Consciousness Advisor expert is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, legal, or medical advice.
5. Financial Compensation.Consciousness Advisor experts are not volunteers. They have received months of training and passed certification tests that represent a significant time and financial commitment. Therefore, they are financially compensated for the support, knowledge, and basic MTC Program information they will share during Consciousness Advisor sessions and for recommending other MTC Programs. In order to facilitate the financial arrangements between MFT, Consciousness Advisors, and the providers related to the MTC services they delivered to you, MFT may collect information about your purchase expenditure(s) at our MTC providers. If you wish to exercise your right to access such information, to object to their processing or to erase it, please contact us at legal@oneconsciousness.org.
