The following terms and conditions create a contract (the “Agreement”) between you and Maharishi Foundation Technologies (“MFT”) with a registered address at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware 19808, USA, which is offering services (“Services”) in the country where you reside. Please read the Agreement carefully.

This Agreement governs your use of the Services and how you can buy, get, license, or subscribe to the Services. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Service Provider, which offers the Services to you through authorized representatives.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Services.

1. Services. Some Services will include Consciousness-Based guidance, coaching, and consultations to introduce you to thinking deeply about the fundamental role of the development of consciousness** in your life. In this process, you will learn about the role of consciousness in achieving your life goals and living in fulfillment and happiness. As part of this process, our experts will introduce you to and may recommend Services that we believe would be helpful to you in achieving your consciousness-related goals.

   ** Consciousness is the ability to be aware, to be conscious, and to be aware that we are conscious. Without consciousness, you cannot experience anything.

2. Questionnaires. In offering certain Services to guide the development and implementation of strategies to reach your consciousness-related goals and attain personal fulfillment, we may use an initial questionnaire, interviews, and other procedures to provide valuable information to guide and focus the provision of their Services. These interactions will provide baseline information about you and help you to discover new possibilities to achieve your goals in life. All personal information collected will be kept confidential according to our Privacy Policy which is part of this agreement and should be reviewed by you.
3. Payment and Refund Policy. Payments must be made before the beginning of the Service. No refunds are available unless specifically mentioned. If you wish to provide feedback, please contact us.
4. Compensation. Service experts are not volunteers. They are financially compensated for the support, knowledge, and information they will share with you. In cases in which referrals are made to our Services and programs by our Service experts, they may receive referral fees.
5. Service Limitations; Disclaimers.
   1. You may use the Services and their content only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
   2. Our Services and content do not transfer any commercial or promotional use rights to you and do not constitute a grant or waiver of any rights of the copyright owners or trademark owners.
   3. You may not use any process to copy any portion or content of the Services unless expressly authorized to do so, and only for your personal use. You also agree not to tamper with or circumvent any security technology included with the Services.
   4. No Medical Advice. The programs and knowledge offered and recommended to you as part of the Services are not medical diagnoses or treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnoses or treatments.    5. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES. SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM ANY SERVICE CANNOT BE GUARANTEED, AS INDIVIDUAL RESULTS MAY VARY.    6. Testimonials. This site may contain testimonials by users of the Services and/or products, which reflect the real-life experiences of users. They may not be representative of all users of our Services and/or products. We do not claim, and you should not assume, that all users or that you will have the same experiences, as individual results may vary.

You acknowledge that the Services involve processes that may include guidance, coaching, consulting, and utilizing Consciousness-Based programs in various areas of your life. You agree that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating the guidance, coaching or consulting ideas, or consciousness-based knowledge into these areas of your life and implementing choices is exclusively your responsibility and that the experts offering the Services and the experts who deliver the Services, will not be liable for any consequences arising out of actions or decisions you may make as a result of any guidance, coaching, consulting, and/or Services provided to you.
   8. Information. The information provided on this website or by any Service expert is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, tax, legal, or medical advice.
6. Confidentiality. As part of your Services, you may be connected to and interact with other program participants to reflect and share what you have learned. The other program participants may share personal information with you during such discussions. You agree to keep this information strictly confidential.
